FACIAL ASSYMETRY, AM I COOKED?

Why is one side of my face like so much slimmer than the other, I think it’s my bones being uneven. My left side has a hollow cheek like a decent one and my zygo and cheekbones and even masseyer are fairly visible, but on the other side like just nothing bro, I have a slight hollow cheek and my bones/muscle don’t pop out as much. I think it might just be my bones

slightly tilted sphenoid bone it might be over for you depending on how old you are, if you finished puberty then surgery is the only fix and if u haven't then fix your posture, chew a bit more on the recessed side
