hello gents,

I have severe facial assymetry and it needs to be addressed.

I always chewed on my right side as I had a cavity on my left molar for a very long time. I believe this has worsened my assymetry.

I can see that my left side looks depressed compared to my right, its like one side of my face is being pulled down.

What surgeries do I need to address this?

I want to also address my mild recession (underbite) and sleep apnea/narrow palate issues. I need to get a scan done to see exactly what i need done. What procedures would I need to address all my issues?

You need to get a scan to see if this is a soft tissue or bone issue. If it's the former then sleep on your smaller side, chew food on that side, fix your posture, and consider masseter botox on the larger side if it's bothering you. If it's teeth (as it probably is in your case) get braces/invisalign first, an uneven bite/cant can be caused by wonky teeth.

If it turns out to be an actual skeletal issue, like your right jaw is larger than the left, then u need to get surgery

Sleep on your back, no pillow for the rest of your life. Sleeping on one side can cause noticeable asymmetry over time, fix all dental/airway issues — definitely get that scan to see if its a skeletal issue or not and cut that fucking hair jesus christ

Your skin is raped so fix that instead and it'll have better ROI

Symmetry doesn't matter as much as you think for facial attractiveness

Also you're getting hair thinning so dutasteride or minoxidil or ANYTHING asap bro. It's already later than ideal.

And yes talk to your doctor about the sleep apnea and you can request a sleep study or something. Palate expansion (MARPE) works but only if you're young enough. For that, go to an orthodontist

asymmetries on palate expanders are VERY common and monitoring the sutures constantly to see if one breaks before the other is impractical.
