Pic for reference. I've had this extra tooth my whole life obviously, it fits flush with my other teeth, but shifts my entire structure to one side causing noticeable asymmetry. Will getting this tooth removed fix the asymmetry? Or is it over for ya boy and everything is set in place. I'm 25 btw, any advice or insights welcome

What do you mean exactly when you say "my entire structure"? Does it make your lips look different?

In a way, when I smile it wraps more around the left side of my face without the extra tooth. It's a bit hard to explain. Besides my smile the most noticeable bit is my nose looks shifted to the left side of my face
