facial asymmetry reflecting in the whole body especially legs

ive got facial asymmetry and a fat nose. the asymmetry in my face reflects in my whole body as one of my leg is shorter than the other so when i stand i can see the stoop on one side of my hip. i remember watching a video long back in youtube addressing this same issue. can some shed some light on this

Scholiosis, the hips rotates making one leg shorter, and then the shoulder and bidelt gets diffrent length, and with that the face tilts to one side and so foruth
