Facial Bloat

My face has been bloated for pretty much all of my life,
Im pretty avarage body wise, around 17% bodyfat.
Obviously I need to cut down to around 10% bodyfat or lower wich I am doing right now but I need help with ways to reduce facial bloat.
Even though I'm 17% bodyfat facially it looks like im around 25%.
Any suggestions help.
