can you grow your facial bones significantly like the mandibular (4-6mm) at 16 with some sort of compound ?

there are some orthodontic tools that can encourage growth, something like jaw splints. And im not 100% sure but this website https://jawhacks.substack.com/p/57-marpe-vertical-excess-problems says that marpe can cause downward as well as forward growth

I think I will just save up for implants, but I was really hoping for just some miracle compound
