facial changes at 20y old?

Is it possible to get facial changes at 20 years old male, get more bonemass and look more masculine. I have Test c but dont know if it will change anything, would love some help on this topic.

your bones develope till around 25 but if aint happy with yourself know i doubt you will be happy at 25 so there won´t be drastic changes
