If you have horrible bones it doesn’t matter how low you get it will still be over for you. But this is decent advice for those who are skinny fat and is something most men should try before ldar

15% bodyfat is fine on someone with the right bones. Heck some even carry 17% with no problem and up to 20% as they get old.
