Facial difference from 15 to 10% body fat

For those of you who have leanmaxxed from around 15% to 10% body fat, did you notice a big change in your facial structure? Or are the changes minor?

I noticed a HUGE difference...

My face started looking shit 😢

I melted the fat pad over the cheekbones. Then, my REAL cheekbones came through, which are 404... and the rest of the skin over these 404 cheekbones just fell down like shit... 😢

Not everyone benefits from extreme leanness the same... though idk, maybe if i went to 8% and melted the lower-cheek fat... :unsure:
But no thanks, I am not practicing holocaust here... :bluepill:

do it so manyt people here cope and say if u don't have hollow cheeks at 15% u have bad bones but that's simply not true

richard ramirez wouldn't be have ultra hollowness he does if he wasn't anorexic at the time

Yeah. If I go below 13% ish my face begins looking gaunt and worse. But my abs don't really show at that weight that well, only a faint outline. But regardless, I stick around this bf right now, maybe slightly higher and works fine for me. Not everyone's genetic destiny is to look best lean. I won't ever be a physique mogger, but you have to take your looks in the whole picture. you can't sacrifice too much for just one contributor.

I think around 12% is probably the healthiest minimum, as someone said, 10% is probably a bit too low to sustain all year round, super defined abs are also overrated in my opinion

I wouldn't say that the difference in how your face looks is "extreme", but it is noticeable. If you don't look good at 15% BF then i'm sorry to say that you wouldn't look any better at 10% BF. This guy is an example of what you can achieve when you move from 15% BF to 10% BF

>you're already Chadlite with a lean face so getting leaner wouldn't do much. Just focus on maximizing your soft features like skincare, hair etc.

I’m at ~13.5% right now, and I’ve noticed bones becoming increasingly more prominent for every .5%.

I agree at 15% you will be able to see your potential and it’s up to you to decide how far you want to go from there

Idk bro , I always have been a fat bloated cunt , and for me it's pretty much impossible to go bellow 14% bf . Maybe take Clenbuterol ?

Fasting for periods of more than 24 hours, causes you to loose more muscle mass than bodyfat. That is one reason he doesn't look as good cutt. He needs to rebuild his muscle levels, including facial muscles (which come naturally when you build body muscles). He should have done a slow controlled cut to maintain maximum muscle mass.

The other issue is loose skin. After you loose weight, it can take some time for the skin to tighten back up. Maybe this isn't an issue for him, but is for many guys who loose weight fast.
