Facial discolouring tips?

Any tips on the slight rocasea and the white spots under my eyes (I think is KP) and the red/purplish colour on my nose

No nothing like that , I js cleanse and moisturise my face

growth of what? The white spots im pretty sure only recently maybe a month or so , the rocasea I’ve had for a while

yes most of the times u got it during it i had it too its normal dont worry it will go soon
