Obviously doing this with no weight training resistance is cope . But if I could use progressive overload for most of these, would it be beneficial? Seems like it’s neck focused but there are other ways to train your neck. If anyones got any idea lemme know

Its hard, because you can improve blood flow with it, and muscles can... change. Thats a fact. So you can change some lines, make bigger/smaller muscles, make your skin more healthy, but most stuff i see is just bs

gets the blood circulating in your face

Facial exercises seem legit... Just found about Face Yoga today and will start doing it after midnight... I want to fix acne scarring but if my it increases my looks, I will be thankful and spread it.

There’s no way facial exercises fix acne

I'm having to make those following my jaw surgery. Lip seal improved significantly.

It wouldn’t work. You can’t selectively induce muscular hypertrophy on face muscles.

You can if you ad weight to the area your working out

Not acne, but acne scars... By stretching the skin and muscles, you can eliminate some adhesions and level your skin... Actually facial exercises can give you MORE acne during a time, given that it will break scar tissue that block the pores and cause puss to come to the surface, and that's a good thing...

I'm working on a theory, if it works I'll let you guys know.

You can't also overdevelop because the body has a balance limit... Unless you got bruxism, but it takes years, more than a decade of doing it every single night you sleep... But the opposite is true: they can be underdeveloped and tight... I would give it a try.
