Yeah I know that, but there are face exercises to tighten the skin to your jaw.

Which I need now, after a major weight loss over the last 2 months of around about 12kg (26lbs) in 2 months.

Nothing changes your bone structure, but we aren't talking about that here.

Shit isn't always black and white. Here there is grey.

It helps, but it's more in assistance with low body fat maxxing. Not jaw/bone structural changes.

I'll post an update of my own personal results as the weeks progress/pass with pictures.

actually there are legit facial exercises I done intuitively that worked, they're two:

1) pressing your teeth against each other to flex your masseter muscle ( jaw muscle), to make your jaw look wider and more defined, once you get a feel for it you'll find that you'll do it subconsciously day to day when you see people just to look better infront of them

2) learning to raise your eyebrows one at a time, eyebrow muscle control, this will add a little bit more size to your brow ridge

Chewing could actually change the maxilla and the length of the ramus according to a study someone posted here a couple months ago.

Yeah but wouldn't that be more probable of taking proper affect during years of puberty or early adolescence? I mean wouldn't your jaw bone's fuse at some-point?

Once you're 22+ you pretty much can only looksmaxx with muscle, body fat percentage, clean skin, style (Clothes, stubble, face hair) and white teeth.

Cheers for this.
