Facial fat above nose

Anyone know reason for facial fat above the bottom of the nose specifically, my lower third looks lean but above looks like a reverse pear essentially. Is it a bone thing, bloat or bf?

Nope I meant draw a line at the bottom of my nose, everything up like my cheeks and my forehead
