Trying to get to 10% bf and the hunger is fucking killing me.

My face looks significantly better and is now affected by bloat to a lesser degree, like I wake up with hollow cheeks most days, its fun.

But also, the only thing I can really think about is food, at this point sure, my nose got slimmer and my face looks better that ever, but also fuuuck hunger hunger hunger aaaaaa

I also need energy drinks and carbs not to feel like im dying which sucks

Even when I get back to maintenence its kinda still this way.

My body wants like 3k calories a day maybe even more

I might not be cut out for this level of lean(
 
Wait till you learn about GLP agonists!! Nah but fr, why would you ever cut without any appetite suppressors?

Also its a bit tricky cause im already 20 bmi and walking a fine line here. Dont wanna go under 19 it'll ruin my physique

Rebound as in gain back the weight? Yeah sure if you aren't disciplined. After going off sth like reta just maingain. That should be plenty of calories to make you full.

My issue is that I might unironically be hardwired to live at like 12-15 and I can't take reta forever. Also 300ccal deficit

I'm around 10-11% most the time and I'm mostly never hungry. Not sure if i just got used to it or something else, but it's peak
