I’m 188cm, 79kg, and around 11-13% bf(so I’ve been told by chat gpt). I’ve been trying to lean bulk and have been lifting consistently for 3ish months. I try to eat as clean as possible with anything I eat having very very few ingredients(with exception to store bought bread). I consider myself to be fairly lean with a decent portion of my weight being muscle mass. However I’m not sure if ChatGPT is inaccurate because I feel that my face holds a good amount of fat compared to the rest of my body. My daily potassium intake ranges roughly from 1,000mg-1,400mg(400mg supplemented) And I usually drink no less than 2L of water a day. While I don’t measure my sodium intake strictly, I try to keep it as minimal as possible. For example, an average day of eating for me consists of 6 eggs an avocado and a banana for breakfast; and 1lb of chicken tenderloins that I split into two equal portions (.5lb each meal) for lunch and dinner. I snack occasionally throughout the day with an extra banana, yogurt, apple or something along those lines. I also occasionally (two times a week) drink a cup of dandelion tea (diuretic) in aims to minimize sodium retention, and piss out all the fluid in my face. I’m tired of the diet cope. Even though I’ve only been following it strictly for a couple months I want more efficient, guaranteed results. I’m seriously considering resorting to pharmaceuticals, as they appear to be the only hope to truly ascending. I’ve looked into Reta but have been told it’s more optimal for overall higher bf rather than stubborn face fat. Then again, Idrk if I’m actually 11-13% I may just have more fat than I’m assuming. But anyway, if I am around that 11-13% range than I’ve been told Reta will just make me smaller and I’ll loose lean mass; and my goal is to build lean muscle mass while also maintaining a very lean face. I want to achieve 84kg and 10% bf and don’t want to spend two to three years doing so naturally. I know most of the replies to this thread will tell me to do my own research, and while I have; I’m looking for more specific advice that I’m hoping to attain from the more educated and experienced on the forums. Is aqualyx a possible answer? For anyone who believes it’ll help to see what I look like to best judge these concerns of mine dm me.

1000mg of potassium isn't enough you should be getting 3500-5000mg and aqualyx could work for you but I don't know too much about it so If I were you I would research more about it because I've seen some good guides on it here

Gotcha, thanks. I've heard about heart palpitations from excessive potassium intake though or is that just goy fear mongering.
