Went to an appointment with an well spoken plastic surgeon, he showed me some results and they looked pretty good. Asked him about grafting fat in orbitals but he told me absoprtion in that region is to high to make the procedure worthy. I'll be get chin and jaw contour, the whole thing will cost me 3.5k BRL except for hospital and anestesia taxes, but it's still far cheaper than genio (10k BRL) for an almost equal result.

The problem is that hospital and anestesia taxes are way more expensive than the fat grafting itself. Where are you from in Brazil? (state)

Also fat grafting can be performed in consultory in some cases and you can avoid those expenses

Yeah it is, you should avoid rapid weight fluctuations for 3-6 months after you get the procedure though
