Facial Fat in relation to Body Fat

I’m like 22% body fat but my face is at a weirdly low bf, is there a genetic reason why this would be or will my face lean down even more as I lose weight.

I used to be but then i bulked and now i would say im a bit pudgy but my face looks the exact same
