Hollow cheeks are a meme. Eye area is more important. It’s fine as long as you don’t have literal hamster cheeks.

Same here. Unlucky genetics. I regained my fat and now my eye area has improved again.

Leaner cheeks and or less double chin aren't worth the fat eye area loss. Look into liposuction for those. That's how many "thick" women fraud lean faces while still being overweight. Double chin lipo is common.
