Facial hair coming in - is it ovER

I’m 16 and I recently started getting facial hair, similar to this guy:

Though to note is I used a derma roller for 4 months, I have no chin hair or mustache just very light peach fuzz.
I have some neck stubble but not full and not true terminal yet but not light.
What to expect height-wise and puberty in general
