Facial Hair Growth

How do some of yall have perfect smooth skin (yes im gay) and no facial hair stubble? I shave twice a week and I still end up with hella stubble in between, but don't want to shave any more than I do now because it causes red bumps all over my neck. Someone please pmo to better shaving methods
