Any fixes for facial hair other than waxing just doesn’t seem to work, don’t wanna perma kill them so laser is out the question. anything pharma more than open to

no. you either laser and keep the smoothness or clean shave and have the shadow. you could potentially get back some of the beard with minox when you laser off but it's too random to say assuredly.
