only use safety razor, buy one that's a good quality and it will last you forever.
also dont use canned shaving cream, use shaving gel in tubes or shaving soap.

Electric better, in some cases skin doesnt greet well with shaving with razor and you will get acne, if you just started getting facial hair electric shaver will do its job
