Which muscles in the face should you train to make your face look the best?

frontal lobe

if your jaw is narrow, train your masseters for the illusion of a wider jaw

if your eyebrows are high-set, relax your frontalis muscle (muscle used when raising eyebrows/frowning/etc.), most people have it subconsciously tensed up which gives their brows a higher set appearance.

it's not a muscle in the face, but training your neck until it's as wide as your jaw's pretty important.

hope this helped

Malaris depends on the person. Someone proposed a theory that it raises the fat pad, making it a D1 anti-aging muscle.

Botox to the frontalis but it really depends
I would try it myself to see if the effect is dramatic enough to make it worthwhile
that’s pretty much it.

For me bro i train my whole frontal face muscles, i kinda squint and smile and when im alone i full on smile to the max but as you go doing it with time you gain access to all the muscles in your face which makes you look way better, ive been doing this for 2 years now just squint and smile bro
