For every other muscle on your face it would be to hard to isolate/hypertrophy them but,
I saw this study on training your zygomaticus major for facial rejuvenation and I thought it was interesting

Facial muscle thickness and cross sectional area were measured sonographically
In conclusion: the PAO device can be used to increase facial muscle thickness and cross sectional area! Thus resulting in facial rejuvenation.
(I understand that someone could have already made a thread on this but I didn't see any, and that this is questionable for facial aesthetics but its something to think abt)
