puberty can save you or end you. just have a good diet do sports and your gonna be okay

true true but i thought after a certain point its like only some ratios can change because your craniofacial devlopment is pretty locked in so i just wanted to know specifically if like the jaw frontal angle and stuff change because of forward growth
