Facial seborrheic dermatitis and how to correct my colouring from it

I have suffered with a skin condition since early puberty called “seborrheic dermatitis”. I struggled with insanely dry skin and bright red irritation around my nose for ages and have finally overcome it. But it’s has left me with some annoying discolouration around the once effected area that’s is coverable with a tinted spf. But I just wanted to make a post on here to see if anyone would know anything about it.

My current state is very similar to the bottom photo maybe a half shade darker sort of red undertone so not awfully noticeable but something I would love to just get rid of.
