I was sleeping on the one side for a whole ass year. Now one side of my jaw is slightly in towards the jaw. Can I fix that?

if you're above the age of 9 no, sleeping positions wont alter your assymetry too much

i mean you can obviously try sleeping on the other side for a whole year? but dont expect results
