Facial Thirds close to ideal but midface looks long?

Self-explanatory title. My lower third is my largest and I have decent bone mass yet my midface looks oblong. Haven’t seen a thread with a similar problem. What do I do and is there even an explanation?

You can mathematically check it but with the lines I’ve drawn that’s how they should be divided and you can eyeball how big they are in comparison

Long philtrum probably
If your nose was normal height, your facial thirds would be messed up

Could also be close set eyes but can’t know for sure without a straight frontal

Also could just be your imagination, send a straight frontal and I’ll measure

Gotta factor in lens distortion of nose. Selfie makes nose bigger than it actually is but here. Possibly long philtrum dude to lesser than ideal top lip but wouldn’t that be lower third?
