Facial thirds

My facial thirds are kinda unbalanced or im not lean enough

Top and middle thirds are like 30-31% each and bottom third is 38%

Is this cooked or fine my philtrum is a little bit short too but still just barely in "ideal range"

No point worrying about it if you can't change it right now. Focus on stuff that you can fix. Get surgery for it later.
