Ultrasonic Cavitation explodes fat cells that release triglycerides and can further be cleared by your lympathic system bla bla bla you already know its effective.

Risks:
Literally just mild skin irritation/burn, and thats if you use improper amounts of gel.

If you avoid bone (zygomatic, jaw, chin) and most importantly orbital, you will never go "blind" or "deaf" people who say this are elite fearmongeres. I have done 6 sessions on high intensity and have not even gotten a glimpse of anything that people say online here.

It is important to maintain a 1-2 inch clearance from the orbital region.

People like Anton verda will fearmonger you into buying their 50$ course because they say that the risks are too high without you buying the course (ps, theres no fucking risk)

Alright now actual protocol:

FIRST use RF (Radiofrequency) Tri-polar head for 15 minutes each cheek on 7/10 - 8/10 bar intensity based off your personal preference, you can go lower if its too much for you, or higher, this is the range I stick in.

The reasoning for this lies in the biology of adipose tissue, when exposed to heated radiofrequency waves, the tissue is more "mobile" allowing the follow up ultrasonic cavitation to be more effective at eviscerating the fat cells. PMID: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8903231/

Basically all you need to know is use the RF tri-polar machine before the UC. Also, for specifically RF it is important to use a surplus of ultrasound gel and reapply more often.

After you have used the RF, use 40K UC head on your cheek for 15 minutes, reapply gel every 5 or so minutes, and ALWAYS keep the applicator moving. This goes for RF and UC.

I like to use max 10/10 bars intensity on UC as I feel like this would provide the best results, but I suggest working up to max intensity, so do 5/10 then 7/10 then work up.

I wait 3 days inbetween my sessions, this gives adequate recovery time whilst also hitting 2 sessions/week.

The Ultrasound device I use is the LW-101 from aliexpress, perform the mist test to ensure your device is working.

Buy your ultrasound gel from amazon, and goodluck with the hollows.

very specific post, i like it, just a quick question... it seems i could get my hands on a 80k machine, is it better?
i saw some people here write very good reviws about it so i'm asking you bc it seems you have lots of knowledge about this
thanks

im not familiar with 80k, however i know that 40k is more efficent at penetrating deeper tissues therefore it can be logical for it to be more effective
