How does one go about strengthening their jawline? currently i'm on a strict no sugar diet, drink coconut water and workout 4x a week. i do 5 sets of chin tucks 3 times every day and sleep on my back. will i notice improvements soon ??

u can train ur neck, it tightens the skin around ur jawline making it more visible
