Facing brutal bp lately

lately from this jan - feb months, ive been facing a lot of brutal blackpills, i was hanging out with this chick who joined my school last year sep, we started becoming friends, best friends, and hung out a lot, i have a friend in school who playfully teases that me and her like eachother but at that time we just laughed it off, she didnt mind and i didnt either, a few months later we kinda got into a situationship, i heard from various sources that she liked me and i also kinda liked her back, but after 2 weeks, i found out she has a new bf, and she started hating me, we dont talk anymore.

all i want to know is that if i go from the way i look now to a htn, will life change, i think all these shits are happening cause im chopped af rn
