I had all my procedures done by the time I was 21, so I rlly havent looked different for the past 10 years beyond fluctuations in BF%. Yeah I talked to Taban over email and sent a few pics asking about almond eye surgery which might entail canthoplasty and or lower lid augmentation. I will have an IRL consultation with him sometime in the next few months. Other than that maybe more fillers, possibly in the chin area to make it a bit wider or more squareish
