Sure, but depends what u mean by it.

1) U simply look leaner after cardio for a few minutes ( idk why )
2) U can keep the same diet and just incorporate cardio to lower ur bf%. For example walking hourly is 300 kcal or so. So -300 deficit

Low intensity cardio does not for me, but high intensity does.

Not always, high intensity cardio makes cortisol higher.

Low intensity is fine, walking is better, no cardio diet deficit is easiest and META

working out or cardio in the morning makes you look better for the rest of the day tbh

If your overall deficit is small 500~ then you’re alright.

I prefer steeper deficits to cut fast then lean bulk slow so cardio is stressful

I'm not leanmaxxing tbh but I guess your point is if you're cardiomaxxing on a deficit it's brutal. Which is something to take into account yh

Just get lean enough and use furosemide for special occasions.

Also low sodium + high potassium + water intake of around 1-1.5L a day with little deviation

yea i look like shit the first few hours i wake up puffy asf and my eyes are way too swollen when i work out in the morning it clears up and then i look good for the rest of the day and also my day is better cause i have energy

Fact it the debloat from it lasts 2 days for me

- take electrolytes
- drink litres of water
- drink coconut water for potassium (1600mg)
- run 15km

= Facial debloat
 
Debloats you but doesnt actually lean out your face
