FAGGA/AGGA treatment?

what do you guys think about FAGGA or AGGA treament by orthodontics it could solve foward growth issue without surgery. But i dont see it being talked about a lot?

looks like it works, ton of fear mongering bullshit when I looked it up but I couldn't see it actually causing damage to your jaw
