As someone who has a healthy amount of homophobia I agree. I don't hate gays or want to interfere with their lifestyle I just don't want any part of it.

Anyway racism can't be natural since the current idea of race is a social construct. What you thinking is tribalism. But unlike homophobia which increases genetic fitness, tribalism in modern context offers no such benefit instead it is harmful to genetic fitness. Mixed children tend to be genetically healthier. Tribalism was good for 5,000 BC when human population was low and it was harder to survive.
