I didn’t even like this girl at first or think she was anything special, but I slid into her DMs anyway just to keep building my rotation. I talked to her for a bit, then we didn’t speak again for another year (I wasn't into her at the time).
The second time around, I spoke to her for longer, around two months. We met up in person a couple of times, spent hours on FaceTime, and texted every day. I caught feelings tbh.
She ended up losing attraction for me as I got more invested in her, which is pretty classic. She didn’t tell me directly, but I could tell, so I ghosted her.
It’s been about a month and a half since we last spoke, and I haven’t gone a single day without thinking about her. I slayed girls who are just as attractive as her, or even more attractive, during that time, but it didn’t help. It only gave me a bit of an ego boost.
I don’t struggle with getting sex or having casual relationships with attractive women, but I rarely catch feelings or form any real emotional connection. Maybe once a year, or even once every two years, and so far it has only worked out once (in high school).
I think I might just be doomed to being a bachelor, or ending up marrying a girl who is attractive but who I’m not truly in love with. Basically just settling for what is most convenient (betabux equivalent of a wife).
But honestly, I think I’d rather just stay a bachelor. What’s the point otherwise? Or maybe just marry a new girl every two to four years until one sticks.
