Failed talking stage

For context I am 16 and a little over 2 weeks ago I met this girl and we started talking. Pretty quickly we were in a talking stage thinking about starting a relationship everything was perfect. All of a sudden she starts being more distant and says that she is not emotionally well rn. Pretty soon being distant turns into her telling me she isnt ready for a relationship. For context while things were going well we stayed up till like 7 just texting and kept sending each other updates throughout the whole day. I told her that I can never see her as a friend so I unfriended her everywhere. Did I make the right decision or should I try again sometime later since I still have her number. She said shes not doing well and that shes even in therapt so im not sure

nah dont persuade her, thers no such thing as not ready for as relationship for a girl do you think she would be not ready if matt bomer became straight and tried to pull her
leave her alone and just let her deal with whatever she has
