I’m growing increasingly desperate to get the plethora or surgeries I want, but my fucking animal brain wants it now and only right now. I can’t motivate myself to make money to save up for surgery as a long-term goal. I just want my desired facial bone structural changes right now or it’s rope. I’m so frustrated. I have zero patience. I have to resist the impulsive urge to do drugs. Because my animalistic dopamine-seeking brain only cares about the immediate future. Failure to delay gratification makes life hell.

I relate too man, it's especially harder when you look around and 99.99% of people who are good looking were just naturally born like that. They won't have any of the hardships that we face.

No gay shit, but I got a randomly assigned roommate for my first semester at college and this dude is naturally handsome. Good forward growth, good skin, good coloring, naturally lean with good muscle bellies/insertions. This nigga doesn’t even wash his face with water and his skin still mogs mine. He eats whatever he wants (pop tarts, etcetera) barely works out and keeps a 6 pack meanwhile I’m starving myself and torturing myself in the gym and still don’t look better than him.
