Fainted mid medicine practical when handling blood

Wtf am I pussy or something? Why did I faint like I was fine for a whole hour practically bathing in the blood and then all of a sudden my vision becomes blurred. I try to walk out of sight but stumbling and leaning on walls then fall straight on my ass and pass out for 10 secs. In front of like 50 people as well, life is over. I got told it’s because I didn’t eat or drink anything yet and it was 4pm but this shit only happened once before when I was watching a surgery.

just take your meds on time and get some water in you man. you're probably just dehydrated from not drinking enough during the day or something. also try eating regularly throughout the day to keep your blood sugar stable so you don't pass out again. pretty basic stuff dude. </3.

You don’t have enough exposure yet. Keep exposing yourself to blood and surgeries and you’ll be comfortable w it eventually. Similar to swimming.
