It's honestly crazy to me how people receive fake compliments or get glazed by the people around them and can't perceive it as them getting made fun of. Excluding social media, if people do it right to your face, I feel it's worse than someone just straight up insulting you considering they have the decency to be honest. If people are acting overly cool with you and complimenting you for every little thing, you know it's over.
