Yo whats up guys. I wanted to share a line of thought that I have been trying to follow recently and its been pretty good.

The term "fake it till you make it" is extremly hopepilled and redpilled, however, there is actually a lot of merit to it. I think a lot of people on this website are pretty average looking normies (or maybe even ugly normies) who just suffer from high inhibition. Now its incredibly retarded to just say some motivational shit like "just do something even if you dont want to" because obviously thats not how it works. If you are out, and you see a girl, telling yourself "just do it" is not going to change the insane nervs or anxiety you may feel, especially if you are overly aware of how you look in the moment.

But, imagine if you could just in a sort of cynical, edgy way, acknowledge the absurdity of asking a girl out, but then just do it anyway because its absurd. I think, acknowledging your nervs and acknowledging how absurd a situation is, but then going through with things anyway, is the key to improvement in socializing and overall bettering your life. Doing things just to do them, and have done them, is going to lead you to situations that you crave rn. The next time your in a social situation or you have to make a decision that your feelign anxious about, just do what you know you should be doing, even if its not want you internally may want to do. Its ok to be an anxious autist while asking a girl out, because shes literally just carbon atoms and maybe shes going to judge you or laugh at you but tahts not going to have any lasting effect on your life or even your night at all. If your a contrarian and someone who considers themselves "edgy", start doing shit even if its absurd because it will get you want you know you secretly want.
