I can't be the only one who struggles to make friends even online
I literally can't make any friends in games where you're just chatting, I can cope by saying I don't need them but I do sometimes to not get defeated by other low inhib people who have a network around them at all times
I can't make friends I never want to make friends I don't get how other people are so smooth I've faced so many rejections IRL I literally sweat while typing something that sounds too low inhib for me so the fake it till you make it advice never works
If I learned anything out of bravery and going out of my way to put myself in such low inhib situations, it's that your gut is almost always right. If you think an interaction with the elites won't change anything for you and they won't say anything of substance because they already hate you, you're probably right, your gut is right. Never shame yourself for cowardice, you're scared for a reason.
