I am 17 and i already have the money for a rhinoplast (almost all money) and I'll be 18 in 2 months ( in the same date of my vacations lol)

and i'm thinking to get a nosejob in the next 3 months, and in the last days i'm think about a fake story to tell for my friends if they ask me what hapenned with my nose (i dont wana tell nothing about surgeries, but this NT mfs will ask me for sure)

I'm thinking to tell they that I crashed my bike and broked my nose and had to do a rhinoplast to back breathing in a wholesome way again. LOL

Does anyone have any good stories?

edit: im literally in the fucking highschool atleast for the next 3 years (this surgeries will increase a lot my chance to get a gf and fuck some ltbs)
