Faking documents for surgery

I m17 got a minor surgery planned but they need parental signature and copy of their ID (already have that) .Can I just sign it myself or do they check this somehow with the ID (France) ?
Moved out at 16 and parents won’t see me anytime soon so they can’t do anything bout it but I’m beyond fucked if anyone notices.
Would appreciate any advice, especially from fellow Frenchcels

Okay bro, if it truely ascended you by 1-3 points, or at all for that matter. Why the fuck do you care if anybody notices? You just ascended, if anybody you knew IRL noticed just tell them the truth, it made you look better at the end of the day

Talking about legally. I’m not french so I’ve no idea what they can do with an Id copy and law here seems to be quite strict. Socially is no problem

You mean the surgeon won’t bother checking since they want it to be correctly signed themselves? What’s the first? I’m not actually French just chilling here

You can either sign it or try alternatives for your parents to authorize or sign digitally (If you're socially connected)

Also faked email convo with my mom etc.
Parents live in a different country (EU) and I don’t wanna ask them to sign it, they won’t and would get mad af. Only way they could find out is if they send a mail to the address or email connected to the ID to verify it’s been correctly used. Don’t know what they can use a foreign Id for
