Falim Gum for chewing

but idk about chewing, everyone just says chewing makes you look bloated, however if i clench my jaw shouldnt that be what my jaw would look like if i chewed? I dont look bloated like that so idk why everyone says its shit

Falim gum is fine, but to me it tastes awful. I mix it with half of a regular gum when chewing
