basically i fell for falim propaganda because i was way too lazy and disgusted abt chewing a towel("towel (chewing) method" is actually literally same mechanically as other methods to train massaters but its not enjoyable to do at all) and too disgusted abt chewing on liver(didnt had any other tough meat). i bought it and its bs, idk maybe i got scammed (and u got scammed, i ordered 50 gum packs and got like 8) but it dosent have a taste almost at all and gets soft in like 30 secs of chewing it. also i thought if you refrigerate it it will be tougher but nah it just gets crushed by teeth.

my jaw permanently pops now bc of falim. And its effects were so little after months of 8hr/day 7x/week chewing.
