How much would you rate a non sub5 (so anywhere between ltn and htn or becky) that has average features but one major falio? It can be a bad ramus or a larger harmony disrupting nose or dowbturned eyes. But if its 1 falio are they ltn/b or still can be low mtn? (The rest of the features are average)
