Yup. I have two packages that have been sitting in a city for the last five days. I checked online to see how many others are experiencing this problem, TENS OF THOUSANDS! Same story. I wish I had known about this weeks ago. UPS would have been my to-go shipper.

Also be aware, that when your tracking says it's still in transit, you can't file for insurance. USPS criminal-minded employees have discovered a new scheme. They steal your package but keep the label in transit. Most people would forget about their package a month or so later.
