How come the main protagonist and the head of the family, Peter Griffin is so retarded? This guy's IQ room temperature, he's so dumb, his wife cheats on him constantly, he acts like a mental midget. And his Chris Griffin is equally as retarded, his fatass is so naive and can get tricked into anything. The only intelligent ones in the God forsaken show are the dog, Brian, and the baby, Stewie, which brings me to my next point..how the fuck do a dog and a baby speak, and how come they're more intelligent than the whole entire family combined? I mean come on, the dog is very well spoken, and Stewie build time machines all the time. WTF.

Brian speaks with Seth's natural voice and seems to be a mouthpiece for his worldview as well or even a full-blown self-insert.

Seth MacFarlane himself would seem to be a lefty midwit and perhaps Brian's effortless slaying is Seth creating his ideal world where the left wing cuck gets all the hot chicks.

Granted, he doesn't need to do this to live vicariously through Brian because he can slay IRL due to money and status, but I imagine he likely has a chip on his shoulder about being a low SMV left wing cuck when younger.
